The Buying department meets with pharmaceutical representatives to negotiate the best possible commercial arrangements for the Quality Pharmacy retail group resulting in improved gross profit. The department then coordinates the purchasing, warehousing and distribution of products to each of the Quality Pharmacy retail locations.
