The Operations team is responsible for the warehousing and distribution functions for the Quality Pharmacy retail group, ensuring the group optimises stock management.

The Quality Pharmacy distribution strategy is a key responsibility of Operations to ensure the network is developed to meet demographic growth and that the pharmacies are positioned in high traffic areas to capitalise on customer traffic flow.

The Operations department also negotiates contracts with service providers which free the Quality Pharmacy managers from time consuming contract management.
